Development

The construct of a company’s interview process can be the difference between hiring run-of-the-mill workers and exceptional employees. My objective for this project was to shed light on the notion that interviews are a two-way street. In order for an interview to be fruitful, a manager must prepare as much, if not more than the candidates. In hopes of efficiently presenting the material in this mini-ILT, I drafted up the concept company “Liberty Dynasty”. The training highlights best practices for the interview process and the importance of an interview layout that aligns with a company’s missions and values. The mini-ILT is divided into four primary sections centered around focus questions. I added custom music and animations to the beginning and final slide to instantly gain audience attention and enhance memory retention. Ultimately, every company aims to hire employees that are “great fits”, and this ambition is readily attainable when interviews are conducted effectively.
